From the airport baggage claim area, exit the doors marked Taxi/Limos; locate
the Cab Starter booth. Inform the Cab Starter that you have a prearranged cab. If you encounter any problems at the Houston airports, please call our dispatcher
who will dispatch your cab to the taxi-loading zone.
Please note we dispatch our driver in advance of your arrival; therefore, if you change your arrival information,
please inform us prior to departure form you city of origin. We track your planes
arrival time and will have a driver waiting for your scheduled arrival.
Note: We normally allow one hour after your planes arrival before the driver calls the trip a void. If you find yourself delayed at the Houston airport terminals, please inform us of
your delay
